Some trends, such as voice, transcend markets, said Chicco. “Voice is happening globally,” he said. “It’s a very natural way to communicate.” But personalization is one area where craftsmanship will make a difference.
We also talked about the natural evolution of voice technology, how culture shapes great digital work, emoji being the spice of text communications, and the difference between creating personalised experiences versus a personal experience for your customers/users/audience.
